We breed for the show ring but we put emphasis on health and temperament. 
We strive to breed the best Shibas possible! We require OFA examinations on all our animals before breeding. We test Eyes, Hips and patellas as required by the National Shiba Club of America.   
At Little City Shibas we plan a few litters per year as we will only keep the best for show which allows people like you to get a beautiful shiba puppy as a pet.
We are planning 2 litters in 2025 and are currently accepting applications for those puppies.  The goal this year is to find that perfect red male puppy to go forward with.   We work closely with other show breeders to keep genetic diversity.   
As our puppies are highly sought after we normally have a waiting list, but we assure you our puppies are worth the wait.  Please see the upcoming litters page for the planned litters.
